Your order number appears in:

  • Your shipping confirmation email (includes tracking links).

📦Multiple Boxes & Split Shipments

Because window treatments vary in size, your order may ship in more than one box (for example: valances separate from blinds, or hardware packed apart from fabric panels). Boxes can arrive on different days—this is normal.

  • Check the shipment email—we list all tracking numbers.
  • Larger custom orders may include freight + parcel combos.
  • If one tracking shows “Delivered” and others are still in transit, please allow 48h before contacting support.

🚛Freight & Oversize Deliveries

Extra‑wide shades, long drapery rods, and commercial projects may ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments often include:

  • Delivery appointment scheduling.
  • Curbside or dock delivery (default service).
  • Signature on receipt; inspect cartons before signing.

Need liftgate or inside delivery? Contact us for a quote before shipment.

🧐Marked Delivered but Not Received?

Before contacting support, please:

  1. Check porches, side doors, garages, and back entrances.
  2. Ask neighbors or building staff.
  3. Look for delivery attempt notices or locker codes.
  4. Wait 24–48h; some carriers mark delivered early.
